Speaking of strategic content creation, Personalization was one of the Marketing trends that went a bit under the radar this year. This probably happened because a lot of people do not consider it mandatory (yet) to have a Personalization Campaign, and also because it is a very strategic feature which isn’t really spectacularly visual. If you are already using Personalization, kudos to you. On the other hand, if you are not, we encourage you to begin looking into it and this eBook is everything you need to get started.
A very interesting concept that was presented this year was the fall of B2B and B2C and the rise of P2P (Person 2 Person). Until this is adopted at a larger scale, here is an eBook that comparatively presents some very interesting data on Social Media sharing practices for both B2B and B2C. Make sure you write everything down and use the knowledge to help you plan your future Social Media Strategy.
User Testing has been around for a while but I think that it only recently became one of the focuses of many companies and startups. This is a great eBook which features a lot of context for User Testing and it also has some very in-depth interviews with a couple of very influential product focused professionals. It is a great place to start if you want to make some improvements to your products, or why not, launch some new products that your users will surely love.
2016 was the year of the Chatbot Revolution. It was a year where a lot of companies (as of September, there are as many as 30,000) created chatbots for a wide variety of business objectives. From customer support and weather forecasts to helping you learn a new language, and Dad jokes, as well as book recommendations, there are chatbots out there that are guaranteed to bring added value to their users.
We created this eBook mainly because we wanted to see exactly what the future of tech will look like. We talked to a lot of professionals that offered us very interesting insights from Virtual Reality and IoT, to Artificial Intelligence, the future of gaming and many many more futuristic concepts. We would say this eBook is a journey into the (near) future that everyone should take before the year is over, just to have a clearer image of what is about to come.
We really enjoyed putting together this very interesting list of eBooks about Tech and Marketing trends. If you enjoyed reading it and found it useful, please share it with your friends on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. Thank you!
